Josh Coleman

With a deep passion for supporting those struggling with substance abuse, Josh Coleman serves as the Director of Daily Operations and Administrative Director at Inner

Voyage Recovery Center. In this multifaceted role, he oversees the facility’s day-to-day operations, including managing staff and client logistics, ensuring financial needs are met, handling all HR responsibilities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

A native of Augusta, GA, Josh has a personal connection to the recovery process, having navigated his own journey to sobriety. This experience led him to Woodstock, GA, where he joined the incredible team at Inner Voyage Recovery Center. “It is a deeply fulfilling experience for me to witness the growth and transformation of those in recovery and to know that I played a small part in their journey.”

Outside of work, Josh enjoys hiking, reading, and spending quality time with family—activities that nourish both mind and body, helping to stay grounded and inspired.
